I hate it when this happens!
I'm doing all the early spring maintenance on the boat. Got new wheels because the old ones were rusty! So, while I have the wheels off I decide to check the grease in the hubs. I take the caps off and water and runny grease runs out! Well, I did the bearings two years ago and figured to do them this year anyway before a trip I have planned to Clear Lake, a 1,000 mile round trip, It never would have made it the way it is! Off to the parts store tomorrow for new ones, the old bearings are shot!
I love the expense of having a boat!

Sounds like you need to get the get a pressurized set up for your hubs ie: UFP Trailer Buddy system...this will keep the water out and make for eaiser hub maintanence..

First boat I have had that didn't have bearing buddies, It has them now!!
Sure glad I only have a single axle trailer!!!
