Need help bearing bud oil bath

Got my boat from storage today and notice some oil around tire when i got to house. I know i have filled the other side last year w no problem. took wheels off and couldnt get plugs out. Any thoughts recommendation? Was not sure if it was a leak as tight as the plug seemed. Also would it be a problem using a heavier oil

Went back and checked them all still cant get the plugs off. Noticed the leak appears to be coming around view port cap?

Try applying some Liquid Wrench on the plug and let it soak a few days. If it's leaking from the site glass, you'll need to install a new protector..
