2000 rude ram 225 lost 1000 rpm while running?

So I lost 1000 rpm and its horrible coming out of the hole. I had a compression check done spark test I put new plugs in it. When I hooked it up to the computer and activated all injectors they responded so did the fuel pump. When I put it in the water and hooked it up I dropped each injector and the only one that diddnt make the motor try to die was the #3 one so I removed it and sent it to dfi and they called me back and said nothing was wrong with it so now I'm lost does any one have any suggestions on what to test or check now?
