1985 Ranger 370 trailer issue

hey guys
My buddy was towing my boat and hit a curb pretty
hard and the wheel has fallen into the wheel well now.
i was able to get it into my driveway, but i think the axel is
broken and or the wheel hub.

what would be a good guess as the cost to repair or parts
or if it is a simple enough job for someone whos pretty
mechanically inclined to do?

or if you have any suggestions of a service in san diego to fix it
