1995-96 Astro/Procraft trailer manufacturer?

Does anyone know who manufactured the trailers for Astro/Procraft back in the mid 90's?

I purchased a Procraft 185 Dual Pro on a trailer last week out of Pa. and am having difficulty registering the trailer in Canada. The boat was not a problem. I contacted Tracker Marine and since they purchased the company in the late 90's they have no record of the boat or trailer. It is my understanding that the trailers were subcontracted out. I would like to find out who that company was so I can contact them.
For anyone that may be considering exporting a trailer from the US to Canada you may want to contact the Registrar of Imported Vehicles, http://www.riv.ca, to ensure you have a valid VIN. If not, the trailer must be returned to the US within 45 days unless you can get a VIN Correction letter from the manufacturer on their letterhead.
