I finally ended my 3 year drought without a deer this weekend. I decided I was going to gun hunt this year instead of just bow hunting. Went Saturday and after missing a nice size down by about a foot with my front bumper I got out into the field. About 20 minutes before shooting hours a nice buck walked about 20 yards from me and walked off. Then I saw another deer about 50 yards out, but could make it out since it was dark and foggy. Then a 4 point buck walked up about 20 yards from me, but I had already set my mind on waiting for the larger one to come back. I went back out this morning and about 5 minutes after shooting hours started, the nice buck from Saturday came from across the field, shot him at about 50 yards and he ran about 80 yards before falling at the edge of the field. I"m lucky he went down there because he was bleeding completely internally and we never found a spot of blood. http://im1.shutterfly.com/media/47a0...D550/ry%3D400/

He had 12 points, but I think only 10 or 11 of them would actually be counted when scoring it.
He's the second deer I've shot, the first one was a little nicer that I shot with my bow a couple years ago. http://im1.shutterfly.com/media/47b6...D550/ry%3D400/
