My 2002 115hp evinrude ficht with all updates is using about a gallon of XD100 for 20 gallons of marine gas. What gives?
Got any leaks? Return line connected?

How much blue smoke are you blowing out the back and is your prop hub dripping unburned oil? IF none of the above, then your measuring is not accurate. 20:1 is even richer than the old motors of the 1950's that were surrounded by a cloud of blue smoke whenever they ran.
It's not funny ,but I'll bet it's the slickest motor on the water.

People in my boat have said that it does seem to leave a cloud of smoke when I throutle up / take off. Idling along it seems fine
