Proud daddy...

My oldest finally got her first deer this afternoon.....and I wasn't there for it...I had taken the afternoon to head to the camp, and the wife took her here on our personal property....she and I have gone several times, and the right shot just never presented itself...wife said they almost didn't get one this afternoon either, as there were several deer that came in at once, and it took a little over 20 minutes to get one off by herself to make a clean shot....anyway, here are the pics.... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif

I went to her to put the blood on her...she started screaming like she was getting bit by a snake...it was all I could do to put that little bit on her.....I didn't want her to get so upset about it that she didn't want to go any more.....now....when the boy gets old enough.......he's getting drowned in it... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif

I still say, being there with my wife, and watching her shoot her first deer, was one of the BEST hunting experiences I've ever had!
