Re: Bouncing (soulsekr)
Practice, There should a happy medium somewhere in there. If not the the bottom of the boat may be concaved due to poor trailer support over the years. I don't know of a fix for that, maybe some of the other guys have an alternative answer.

Re: Bouncing
I think your problem is trimming up too soon. Let the boat get up to speed before you start to trim up.
Think of the trim as a fine adjustment. It will help your speed and give you a smoother ride when you find the sweet spot.
Trim up while running at full throttle. Once you get it where you want it then you can back off some to run the speed you want, but remember when you throttle back you will probably have to bump the trim down a little to compensate.

Re: Bouncing (soulsekr)
The 360 is a great hull and shouldn't have this problem. Like before mentioned, you may have a bottom "hook". to check this put a straight edge on the bottom and see if you have a big bow in the bottom or be sure the boat is not waterlogged.. I don't think that is the problem. Is your prop slipping?? the 360 has a double step pad and runs real good. with a good xr6 you should see 65 or so. I think your prop is not holding the boat up on the pad. I would try to borrow a 3 blade tempest, or another 3 blade with a lot of bite. A 3 blade worked much better for me when i had a 360. A well worked prop and maybe engine height adjustment could be your only problem.. good luck

Motor could also be to low in the water.. You should be about 3" below the pad with the center of prop shaft.. Louis

Re: Bouncing (jcdogfish)
I purchased a 2006 SL210 SKeeter FishNSki in January 2007 and have had terrible trouble with what has been determined as a hook in bow? The boat catapolts the passenger into the dashboard and windshield, almost out of the boat. No amount of trimming, slowing, going faster helped. We spent less than 35 hours on the water and more than 50 hours in repairs. The boat was returned to Skeeter June 2 but will it every be safe to operate again? http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/USA1.gif
