I am going to be moving my TV room around and also have to move the wires etc. I will be running these through wire runs, but my question is..........what and how many of what type should I run ? I'm thinking 2 coax cables, 2 HDMI cables????????? ethernet ? Would really appreciate some input on present and maybe future use things.
Can you tell us more about what you have currently and how you plan on setting it up. Is this a wall mount where the satellite/cable box would be in a different location and not next to the TV. Do you have a surround system and what type (simple all in one or receiver with higher grade speakers)? As for the Ethernet, everything is going wireless, you can run it if you have the need for it on your current equipment but the newer stuff has built in or a place for a wireless adapter. Also, on the HDMI cables, it will depend on what equipment you have and if you are running everything through a receiver.
