making a signature

Hey, can someone please http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/praying.gif tell me how i can make a signature. all of my photos are to big,and how do you paste the text on your signature photos. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/USA1.gif

you need to have some photo editing software, like photoshop, or something like that.. then resize images to what you need and set up layers for the txt and anything else that you would want on there...

takes some practice...
