05 225 E-tec ho trailering bracket broke. The support arm between the two main arms broke on one side. Can that be welded.

05 225 E-tec ho trailering bracket broke. The support arm between the two main arms broke on one side. Can that be welded.
Nope needs to be replaced.
Check to make sure the stops on top of the rams are in place, unusual for them things to break unless some thing one stop gone or broke putting undue pressure on one side.
