Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
1 can of chicken
1 cup Ranch
1/4 cup franks Hot wing sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 packs of cream cheese

Drain the water out of the canned chicken and chop it up real fine. Add all the ingredients into a crockpot and cook on high, stirring every few minutes...and that's it. This dip is absolutely delicious, and definately not too spicy. I serve it with tortilla chips....but you will most likely just end up eating it with a spoon. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif

we do this dip all the time - family get togethers, and such.......definately good stuff!

Has anyone ever substituted blue cheese dressing for the ranch? I'm a big blue cheese guy with my wings, so I was wondering. I can't think that it would affect it at all.

I am not sure of the brand name but it comes in a can like Tuna.

My wife makes this same dip, but she buys a rotisserie chicken and pulls the meat off, it gives it a better flavor.

Costco has the large cans of chicken for a reasonable price.

Use a large 10oz can (or two) or chunk white chicken. Be sure to drain it.
This is an easy fix and tastes great!
