Chiken and peppers with mushrooms

Ingredients
1. boneless and skinless chicken breast (3-4)
2. baby bella mushrooms (16 ounces)
3. green, red, yellow, orange peppers ( one each)
4. vadalia or sweet onion ( 1-2 depends on you taste)
5. sesame seed
6. red pepper flakes
7. butter
8. salt and pepper
9. baby swiss cheese

Slice up the peppers and onion and saute them in butter with the sesame seed and red pepper flakes with salt and pepper. Season to your taste. Cook to desired texture.

Cook chicken on grill with a little salt and pepper. only cook chicken on grill slightly on each side. ( just a few minutes). Dont cook it all the way. Before it gets done put chicken in aluminum foil with a few pats of butter and sliced onion. Seal chicken in foil real good. Finish cooking on grill on fairly low heat.

Saute baby bellas in butter by themselves. A little salt and pepper is ok. ( Slice the mushrooms before you cook them.)

When everything is done, get a piece of chincken on plate then put a slice of baby swiss on, then your peppers and onions, then another piece of baby swiss cheese, then top off with the baby bella mushrooms. then sit and chow down.
