Gonna take the MH to St Clair for smallies next month looking for something I can make up in advance in a portion for 2 guys and freeze. Then put in oven or even microwave. Any ideas for make in advance for any meal would be appreciated..thanks to all Joe G
Take crescent roll dough and spread it on the bottom of a baking dish. Sautee up some breakfast sausage and onions and spread across the dough. Cover with your choice of cheese and bake.
I will email you Diana's Strata recipe...it can be made ahead, frozen, and reheated in the oven or microwave....absolutely amazing breakfast!!

I've got a pretty reliable recipe for 'Big Boy Quiche' which is as close to a breakfast casserole as you can get, and easily made ahead (I do for hunting camp), And, a pretty easy and reliable chili recipe for lunch/dinner.

Another quickie my buddy swears on is those link sausage on a stick with a pancake outer layer. He gets them at WWorld
