Take crescent roll dough and spread it on the bottom of a baking dish. Sautee up some breakfast sausage and onions and spread across the dough. Cover with your choice of cheese and bake.

I will email you Diana's Strata recipe...it can be made ahead, frozen, and reheated in the oven or microwave....absolutely amazing breakfast!!

I've got a pretty reliable recipe for 'Big Boy Quiche' which is as close to a breakfast casserole as you can get, and easily made ahead (I do for hunting camp), And, a pretty easy and reliable chili recipe for lunch/dinner.
