A Different Fried Fish Breading
On a recent trip a fellow angler told me this one, its worth a try.
Slather your fish with yellow mustard, and then dredge with 1/2 flour, 1/2 dried mashed potato mixture. Deep fry, open beer, enjoy.... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif

U are correct Chris, don't know what cooked mustard does to stuff but I always put it on ribs before the dry rub....got 2 try this thanks http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/USA1.gif

Hot sauce works well too. I know people who use mayo as well.

what is the dried mashed potato mixture? instant potatoes?
