ken you told me to contact you if i havent received the warranty paperwork-i have not,i called them on monday and they said they shipped a nother set of paperwork on the 13th-sunday? They have the correct address,why does it take 15 days to get a contract, i hope this is not typical of the way they do business.JOHN SNYDER

Thank you for letting me know. By them having your name means you are in the system and are covered. I don't understand the time on getting a book out to you. They are very solid and been around for a long time. They are in the Cleveland, OH area so even by standard mail it should be there by the end of the week. Keep me posted and I will call if you need me to. Ken
