Thank you for the note. We have gotten some loans for scoring in that area. I know this may sound weird but not all scores that are the same have the same results. Several things go into the picture of getting a loan. Income to debt ratio is important, credit history and loan amount to value also matters. We make no guarantee other than to work hard to try and get the loan bought for you.
We have an on-line application at http://www.reclending.com. You can complete that and we will follow up with you and get your SS number. Once we pull the bureau, we will have a much better picture.
