Trim issue

2005 200 ho non etec, i have a problem with my trim relay going bad. I have replaced 3 in the last 30 days. Can i be pointed in any direction to see what the problem could be. as soon as i replace the relay, it works just fine. Then if i fish all day, it gives me a problem. Could it be the trim motor?

If you swap them will the trim begin to function normally again or do you have to install a brand new one for it to start working?

Actually it will function normally if i switch them. Thats what has me stumped.

Spray some contact cleaner in each socket for the relay. Give it second to evaporate an then coat the prongs on the relays with dilectic grease. Pull all of them and treat them while you are doing it. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
