Folks,
Friend of mine pushed the transom saver through my hull while putting the engine down. The hole is about as wide as a dime and would take 6 months to sink the boat. I really home someone can tell me how much a repair like this would cost.

First sense your close to Bragg take him to the firing rangeLOL. You should just get some Marine tex it comes in white or grey. You can drill it sand it anything it works great. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/USA1.gif

When you say thru the hull.........did the metal actually puncture the hull glass or just gouge it? The glass at the bottom of a hull is fairly thick and if it is in decent condition it would take a lot of pressure to put a hole in it.

Unless the transom is bad behind the glass...
