I'm not familiar with procrafts but I don't think it's necessary to replace that wooden panel. I can't tell if the transom has been replaced. But if its not flexing and/or cracked I don't see a need to mess with it.

ok so here is a little uptade on my work.

the real problem in there is to plug the gauges and ignition, all the connection are '' homemade'' from the previous owner,,,
we moved the tm batteries to the back of the boat where it belongs, we used 4 g wires and it is working fine,,,
is it ok to use only 2 of the 4 connectors on the marinco plug?

here is a little glass job that needed to be done in order to strengthen the sitting area. solid as a rock now..

we have decided to remove the decals on the side, because they were torn up.
i don't know if i will replace them yet.

next up will be replacing the old switch panel, connecting the new pumps and the carpeting...
