How do i get the back of the seats off the bottom is not a problem since it is hinged to fit over underseat storage but can't figure out the back all I see looks like two post inside a piece of plastic not a screw or bolt and can't get to the back of them at all?????
may be waayyy off here b/c its been awhile since ive done mine but i believe there was a couple of screws that connected to the arm rest portion. if you run you arm up in the gunnel area beside the seat you may feel some bolts.
however, come to think of it i bought my boat as a resto and the seats werent even attached so i may very well be full of it and hopefully someone else can chime in soon http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif

it sounds like it has z clips holding it on....if so you need to push up on the seat to get the clips to release from inside the plastic seat back....like mentioned i had a 350V it it seems like it also had a couple bolts in the arm rest area??????? been to long ago mine was a 1985
found the clips or contraption that held the armrest on and chiseled off the 2 bolts on the bottom of back and got them off ,now in the process of taking the base off and putting new seats on them and re-installing will post pics when i'm done ok
