Looks like your off to a good start. How did you anchor the platform to the boat?
I'd like to put a similar setup in my Procraft.

I've not anchor it yet, may not have to. I started out going to use a single lid, and mess up cutting out the open. Got another sheet of 3/4" plywood and done some desgin change, so now I'm going to have 2 lids. It's was a job trying to cut the angles for the sides to match.

Here's the cut out of the TM tray, took several times of figuring out the sizes of the different trays, before I figure out were I wanted it. going to line the front live well with foam and make it a cooler.

Looks good but how thick is that plywood? Is it going to be a drop in or a keep in? Only reason I ask is because of the weight, and the 150 on the back. Don't know how much it takes to get the Astro up on the pad before/after. Just wondering about the performance hit if any.
Re: Procraft Deck extention, TM Tray, and New carpet (ChampioNman)
I used 3/4" plywood, because of some of the angle's I thought it would help with the support. Without the lids or carpet I can lift it in or out standing beside the boat. I know it'll be heaver with the carpet. It is desgined to set in, but i can screw it down if needed.
Also learned something tonight.
1. When cutting the carpet for the lids, after you mark the edge to cut, cut on the outside of the line so you won't have a gap on the edge.
2. For the lid to fit good, you need to carpet the box first, then cut the lid where it's 1/2" shorter on side, and on side with hinge it needs to be 3/4" shorter then the opening. (20oz carpet)
This will help so you don't need to cut the lid after you have carpet glue on top, even it you pull the carpet back before cutting, it can get cut with the saw.(don't ask how i know ) http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif I thought I had the sizes of the lids down. Tommorrow I'll clean off the new glue and but more carpet back on the lids.
As far as getting on plane I'll have to wait to try, takes about 4 seconds to get on plane now.

OK rdf, now how or what will you put in so that the doors stay level with the top of the carpet? Just curious. Great Job.;
