good post. I'm interested in knowing what to use when I redo my carpeting.
I just called and placed an order for button mat from seadeck it was inexpensive. don't know if that is what your looking for, no gluing to buy,comes with adheasive on the rubber and you just cut peel and stick, if this is what your wanting
what Im looking for is placed on the deck before you recarpet your boat. It helps with back fatigue and aches. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/popcorn.gif
Ranger has it, but don't know if its what you want. I know its nice! my z boat has it on the front deck.
I used stuff from Lowes called anti fatigue matting. It's back in the carpet dept. It comes rolled, 3ft wide. IIRC, it was around $3-4 a foot. Here's a shot of my Champ 184 redo with the matting initially applied and then with the carpet. The stuff is a real back saver.
