1995 Stratos 278DC console seat question.
Does anyone know if the seat was individual three seats or a bench flip up style? When I purchased the boat the seat had a bench style flip up in it. If it was a three piece type seat, does anyone know where I could locate one for the boat? The seat just doesnt seem right for the boat. Thanks in advance.

My 1996 Stratos 278 seats after being redone, The center seat backrest it on a double hinge that allows it to fold down to step on and also it pivots up to allow the base to tilt open to get to the center compartment AKA " COOLER"
The bases are screwed in as well as the backrest. I modified mine with some aluiminum stock as i jsut couldnt put a hole through the botton of the backrest and screw then to the boat.

Sorry he has retired. He just used the factory pieces as a guide and I picked the colors, It was $800 but I know it could have been done cheaper. I would hight reccomend a BBC sponsor boatseats and you will have 100% new seats for 1/2 the$$$
My friend did the embroidery for free. RS embroidery Attleboro Mass
