What is all that stuff over the carpet???????????????
Re: OK, so how bad is it? (lynchburguy2002)
Looks like it will buff out. My only concern would be that it appears the boat was left uncovered and there might be underlying issues such as a weak floor and such. Either way nothing is imposible to fix.
Keep us posted.

Yeah, She was left outside and uncovered...The floor has a few weak spots that I will have to replace before doing to much to the inside. The "spots" on the carpet is actually the floor showing through where the carpet has rotted away! I Pulled the seat and fuel tank out this weekend and it seems solid underneath. Would like to have had more time so I could strip all the compartment lids and the rest of the carpet off, but didnt want to get half way through and then have to let it sit for a couple of weeks. We are going to Daytona Beach for vacation next week so it will sit a while longer. When I get back I'll start in again.
The plan is to strip all the carpet, remove all the covers, then start in on all the hardware and electrical. Basically take everything off that is able to come loose! After that is all stuffed in plastic totes I will cut into the floor and see just how extensive the damage is. I know the main deck just in front of the seats is going to need to be torn out, its a little soft/springy. Just hope its not the entire floor! I will replace it all if I have to but know how much work that could turn into..... Does anyone have a recomondation on which glass and resin I should use, I have checked a few out on the web and they all claim to be the best...lol More pics going in tonight.

I am using epoxy resin. I'm not a professional but it is easier to work with for me than polyester. Let me know if i can help you with questions. I'm about an 1hr 15 mins if you need some ideas. I have my torn apart and if your ever down my way let me know.
Thanks, G.
