I have some pretty deep scratches in both the gel coat in the flake area as well as the bottem which is grey. Normally I will fix this during the off season woth a colored strong epoxy. I n the mean time is there something I can do to cover them now?

For a very temporary fix, take a majic marker that matches the primary color and cover the scratch. This will at least mask the deep gouges until they can be repaired properly. Makes it look a little better on the trailer.
