2006 ETEc starter problem

the gear on the top of the motor shaft on my starter is broken in two. It is a small gear that turns a biger gear that moves the bendix. i need to find this part. can any one tell me where to find it or if i have to get a whole assembly to get that one gear? i have looked all over the internet and cant find an explosion diagram to get any info from either.

some one showed me this site but it dont break down to the part that i am needing. the part i need is under the housing for the bendix. any one have any ideas now?

You need item #3 of the starter motor assembly. Local BRP dealer can get your one.
