fluid coming out of sparg plug hole

well i was letting her idle for 10 minutes after the decarb. i stopped the engine and lest her rest for a while and got to looking and noticed it was wet under both the upper and lower cylinder spark plugs on the right side(looking from back). so got some of the stuff on my fingers and it looked like pure oil. i pulled both plugs and it looked like there was some carbon/gas/oil at the back of the plugs.

the plugs were tight, it appears that the fluid was leaking around the rim where the plug meets the metal and leaking outside. i checked the plug hole for cracks and such and everything looks fine. what would cause fluid to leak out the plug holes WITH the plugs installed????

It's a normal thing.
