94 Intruder 150 fuel problem
Ok I ran a test today on my engine. I removed the breather cover. I hooked the ears up and started the motor, she fired right up, maybe seven times in a row. I shut it down, let it cool down the tried to restart it. It instantly spit out about a 1/16 of a cup of fuel from the top right injector. Hesitated then started. Now when I squeeze the bulb I see fuel coming from that same injector like the float is stuck. How do I fix this. If you didnt read my other post, my plugs keep fouling out because I'm getting too much fuel. I'm no mechanic but I'm pretty handy given the right directions... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/sweating.gif

Rebuild all the carbs and be careful when you install the bodies back onto the throttle plates.

Totally agree...you should be able to get the parts from here for your carb rebuild:

I believe the part number will be 0436852 for your motor.
