Whens the last time you checked the plugs, worn ( excessive gap) can cause this. Check for correct gap .028 and proper indexing.

Took me 9 of them to get them indexed. We'll give it try in the morning and see how it starts cold, but I'm thinking it's gonna be a vast improvement........
