Hey guys, taking my dad up to Niagara River/Lake Ontario the last weekend of September to do some trolling for walleye, salmon, and what ever else will bite. We are staying at Riverside Motel in Lewiston. We are bringing our passports but was wondering if we have to buy a NY and a Ontario license to fish the river? Also what are NY's boating regulations as far as what all gear I need in the boat?
