Holiday Park has turned on

I have been out a few times lately and been doing pretty good.. The water is way down and the fish have moved into the canals. Dennis and I got about 40 yesterday in four hours and a few were 3 lbs or better.

Sounds good to me. Hopefully I'll see you on the water one trip

Fished it today. Not so good. My buddies neighbor set up a little tourney. 10lbs took it I think big fish was 2 and change. Lots of gar. All in all I was surprised 2 weeks earlier we were tearing them up. Oh well worse things in life than a bad day fishing. (Like having to go to work)

Hit the Alley yesterday and it was dead. Fished till 1 pm no fish in the boat. The weird thing was I have never seen so many minnows in my life. No bsing when I say millions

minnows are having a party...bass are back on the flats...and will be until Winter at best (looks like)

Well went out for a few hours to Holiday Park, trying out a friends Z20. Fished with her from 8:00 - 11:00 with no luck . It's dead out there , water is high and moving south. Yep. Summer dog days are here. 86 degree water temp and a ton of afternoon thunder boomers that about says it all. OH, did I fail to mention pumps running and rising water?
