Ghost patterns

I know this is probably a dumb question http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif , but I'm not sure how I can do the ghost patterns... I know how to paint them, but the 1.5 blanks I have kinda have a milky, etched glass, and that obviously won't work. Is there a special type blank I should buy for those, or what?

You can buy any clear blanks and those will work for any type of ghost pattern.
