I have an '88 Evinrude XP-150. I'm having a running problem and have been told by a number of people I need a new power pack. My boat has a CDI power pack, part # 113-3865. I looked up my part on Outboardparts.com and they say my boat uses 113-3114. Mine says CD6 T-Shaped Looper on the part# sticker. Does anyone know which one of these I need? Thanks in advance for any help/

Try http://www.shop.evinrude.com you will get the correct OEM number then you can try to check aftermarket with that number.
it looks like mine has the wrong power pack on it. the part # mine calls for is for 2 packs. the part# on mine is one part. i can get the 2 CDI packs for about $200 while OEM parts are about $300. are the OEM parts worth the extra money?
