fishing LFT magic shad, flukes etc
tip up or down? action is good with tip down fishing it like a hard jerkbait. not sure if the t-rigged hook or texposed will get penetration this way. Imagine better hook ups fishing tip up like a worm so you can stick the fish. planning on throwing it on 12lb flouro and 3/0 gammy. Been playing around with the BMF hook.....I think thats too stout for that light of line but I like the extra weight it adds

Re: fishing LFT magic shad or similiar bait (ccm)
I have had luck with rod at about 10 o clock and slow rolling. When fish are aggressive I have done well fishing it like a soft jerkbait. I use LFT swimbait hooks. hope this helps
Re: fishing LFT magic shad or similiar bait (dchance)
So many ways to fish the LFT Magic Shad. We use them weightless with a 4/0-5/0 EWG type hook, split shot, drop shot, on a jig head, on a chatterbait, on a horse head spin, as a spinnerbai, jig tor buzzbait trailer,T-rigged, C-rigged, we twitch it, jerk it and also let it fall slowly, can be used as a topwater. Not to sound crazy but its pretty much limitless in how you fish it. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif
