on a high pressure day like we had today I would tend to think moving baits wouldnt be the ticket. I never fished the Chowan before but i usually use the same basic guidelines no matter where I fish. And this weekend is fixing to be alot like the weather we had today, high pressure-bluebird skies. Im gonna be throwing finesse and soft plastic presentations if I fish this weekend. just my 2 cents
high pressure last sat. in state tourny. had a 6.63 at 2:30. trust me throw rico. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
