BLUE STEEL, THANK YOU

Mike was kind enough to let me ride along with him on the hot side today. He also taught me a couple of things today. For one thing, you can catch fish on topwater in january. We both caught a good number of fish today sereral on back to back cast. For all you boys going to meet up with him on suday, good luck and be safe. Once again Mike, thank you for a great trip out today I needed a good day on the water. Sorry I am gonna miss it (again) guys. I sold my boat and am not wanting to take it out other then getting the boat to the soon to be new owner.

</td></tr></table> The water temp was 48, warmest water we found all day was 51. And let me add the top water bite is for real even at 48. could not believe it if I did not see it. he had one blow up on his second cast. I had several blow up on my bait and he caught 4 or 5 in the first area we fished. This is no joke I am still dumbfounded over how well it worked.

The big fish are biting right now on the warm side. I recently caught several 4-6 pound fish but not on top water. This month and the first half of March should be some good times on the water. Then it's Potomac time

Sounds like fun for sure. Mike is a good guy that's for sure. Tho I've never met the man in person we have had some good talks on either fishing helping in setup on my Stratos and also listened when I do n still do have the health issues with my wife as well. He always has a positive outlook.
