Engine cuts out while trimming.

The engine is a new 2007 Evinrude etec 150. Installed last week by a dealer 250 miles from my home. The problem is ,when running WOT when trimming up, the engine cuts out and when I leave up on the trim it comes back to life. If I tap the trim button up it seems fine. The battery is relativly new and the marine charger I have shows it is always 100% charged before I go out. The engine does not cut out at lower rpms or at idle when going full trim up and down, only at higher speeds. This problem has occured since install.. the old engine never did this. The the dealer that installed it said they would take a look at but they are 250 miles away from me. Otherwise I have to take it to the nearest BPR dealer and pay for it if it was a install error. Be very interested what is found out about this issue I'm having the same problem with my 96 175 faststrike. I have a buddy coming over today to do some tests on the wiring ect. Like you stated its at WOT with the trim and also when I operate my Hyd jack plate.
