Pamunkey and James River reports
What a difference in the 2 rivers! Saturday a friend i fished the Pamunkey for about 6 hours and caught 35-40 bass. Best 5 went about 14 1/2lbs. Went to Osbourne (James) today and only managed 2 fish. Water temp in the main river both rivers was 52-55. Both rivers were a little stained but very fishable!

The Pamunkey has really turned on, the temp has come up alot in the last week and a half. The James is a horrible place for me usually http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/sick.gif .
I'm glad the days are getting longer it makes it easier to hit the 'munkey after work. Ronnie have you ever fished one of the mini series T's on the Pamunkey??

Re: Pamunkey and James River reports (mcherry)
Mike the dates/times for the mini series is @ the top under the tournament listing thread.
Normally pretty good little t's, usually average about 13 boats or so. $40 entry fee. believe most or all are on sunday and last about a half day. http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif

The participation has really picked up. I'm not sure the number of boats they had on the James Sunday but i would say 35-40 boats. Yes, Andy i fish a few of them. Hard to beat Steve Wagner on that river. That's who i went with Saturday.
