Adventures of BassnCop

Last night, while she and another detective were in pursuit of a perp, said perp decided to ram Joyce's police car with his vehicle. He is in jail, but Joyce has some injuries. I got the call in the middle of the night and am somewhat confused regarding details, but she has pinched neck nerve, and some sciatic nerve involvement. Not certain about anything else, but no broken bones, thank heaven. She is home and I am waiting to hear from her.

well...here's the short version of the story...we went to his house to arrest him with warrants in hand, the idiot was charged with rape, sodomy and contributing to the delinquincy of a minor....now he gets to add to that, attempted Malicious Wounding of a Police Officer, Felony Hit and Run, Resisting Arrest, Felony Escape, Reckless Driving......... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif

After he slammed into my car by backing up to try to escape, I held the brake as he accelerated trying to push me out of the way, backwards....when he realized he could not get past me and I was not moving, he pulled forward and took off into the woods in his car, http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif , then he bailed out and ran...after a few well chosen words about a gun, and a taser....he gave up.... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/devil.gif

me.....I'm home...left shoulder and left side of neck are aching, left hand and arm kinda numb, back hurts...
