Yes you can, but you will need big pockets, if you use xd100, xd50 would be a good choice for your engine. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/USA1.gif
Regards,
We don't refer to the XD100 as "liquid gold" for nothing!! The XD50 is the ticket for you!
Dont use XD100 that is specificaly made for the ficht type oil injected motors!
XD50 Drk. Blue oil..... the XD-30 (red) would be fine to. Im not 100% sure but pretty darn sure that your motor was designed to run on XD-30 (RED) http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif

It will run on any of them, it will be happy with XD-30, then it will be happier on XD-50 which I recommend for carb motors, But it will be ecstatic on XD-100. But for a carb motor I find it cost prohibitive.
XD-100 can be run in any Two Stroke Johnson or Evinrude.
I run the xd synthetic oil since it smokes less and my engine ides better.
My son ran ran it in his v4 all season, when he decarboned it very litle carbon
came out. I wold recomend a decarbonize the motor first before using xd
synthetic oil. http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif
