I seen that on my local news. I didnt read the article (to many pop up ads) but i don't believe the driver was charged or ticketed.
I bet he was pulling it backwards to try and roll back the mileage.

The wife was driving the tow vehicle and husband in the car. I think I saw they arrested him but not her
