New Solix gen 3 10 with the new update will not link with new Solix 12 gen 3 with the update installed. Any way to fix it?
Anything else new? What did you replace? Change out power wires and fuses? Direct link or hub? What else you running? How strong is your battery situation? Just trying to help, you were going to get these questions no matter what. So both units are new? If thats the case, get one set up with transducers etc, then power on the others.
New boat, new units. Was working the first day out. Now nothing. Nothing has changed
Did you add way points? I had 2 Solix gen threes quit communicating about a yr back, turned out being corrupted waypoints. Didn't happen in a day though. Deleted waypoints and all worked again.
Never marked a waypoint on them yet. I guess I’ll do a reset on it
Something changed. I would start checking all the connections starting with your ethernet switch. Are all the leds flashing on the switch?

Yes I do. But they will not share information. They were the first day and now the 12 will not recognize the 10. The 10 will recognize the 12 but not share information
You say new boat. Uh what year,brand.

2025 Bass cat. Like I said it was working the first day and now it isn’t. I had someone look at it and they said you need to get on the phone with humminbird. That’s what I’m going to do in the morning.
A factory reset fixed mine when my apex wouldn’t see my xplore and solix.

If you haven't already, make sure the ethernet connections are tight. If you do have a 5 port switch, you might also try plugging into different ports.
I don’t have a switch. It’s wired. It’s 2 units. I do not have anything else connected to it. Like I said. It worked great the first day out and then stopped. I’m going to do a reset today then call humminbird.
Turned both of them on today and work like it’s supposed to. So irritating
