Make sure there isn't rust under the rhino liner if it is covered with rhino liner? Definitely check for rust everywhere
Check for rust lines or cracks in the road armor paint where the axles are welded to the frame indicating broken welds. Common problem with trailers in that era.
Check the Pinch Bolt at the Torsion Arm for rust and movement. The threads stretch over time and alow the arm to move back and forth. If you buy it, replace those bolts with Grade 8 5/8x4" ones and torque them to 150 Ft pounds.
thanks guys, the brackets have already been welded and the bolts replaced. I went ahead and purchased the trailer seems like a good deal for $1200.00, Now I need to get rid of a tandem axle trailer. bob
