$2,991.00 Raised for Charity

Thanks to everyone who participated in the Steven Ryan Memorial tournament http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif . The tournament was a great success.

A special thank you to Mike, Rob and Brad for organizing and running the tournament.

Thanks to Louis who did an enormous amount of leg work getting donations. I'm sorry we didn't have the opportunity to meet and talk.

Thanks to tournament winners who donated $100 of their winnings back to the cause.

A check for $2,491.00 will be mailed to the Duke University Brain Tumor Center in Steven's name. Abby's work will match $500.00 to the charity, bringing the total to $2,991.00

That's great! Knowing the lot of you and the comments I've read, you guys ran a top notch event. I felt bad not being able to make it especially since I was in Newport News Monday through Thursday.

This was a very well run tournement, hats off to all involved & all the teams that competed. Great turnout for such a blistering day, I'm sure next year it will double in size.
