6 weeks now

I have been smoke free....first couple i would sneak a cigarette here and there and the last 4 i haven't had a puff. Sure is nice to wake in the morning without congestion, and without coughing. It is a rare passing moment that a cigarette even crosses my mind!! 99% of the time when i see someone light one up i don't even think twice about it! It is a great feeling to know i have kicked the habit!!

Yes Sir it sure is nice. I have been somke free for over a year now. I have got to the point now where the smell of smoke bothers me. Good luck and please stay smoke free. Your life depends on it.
