I posted this in the lounge as well. I stumbled across a review of Republic Tequila and can't find it for sale anywhere within a 200 mile range of me (probably a prerequisite for sales from a TX company to stay away from IL http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif ). I'm a huge Cabo Wabo Reposado (blue bottle, er, blue label now) fan. Has anyone tried their Reposado and compared it to Cabo Wabo?

Never seen those, but may give it a try ... always been a Cuervo Especial Gold or Patrón. Read an article on a SWA flight one time in the 80s about Tequila and it stated that something on the order of 75% of all the Tequila imported into the US never left the state of TX ... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/wink.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif

Who mentioned fishing, after consuming the tequila it would probably take your mind off of any fishing.
I have a bottle at the house, bought it after meeting the owner. Real good stuff.
