I checked with Lake Fork Marina, and they have plenty of rooms available for the October 8 weekend. The only tournament going at that time is the Irving Bass Club Open (Bobby, are you fishing that one?), so we shouldn't have to fight a big crowd. How's that weekend work?

Sounds good to me, Fork is a slot lake and I ALWAYS catch them under the 14" minimum. I might have a chance to win for once.....

Berkley is 10/15 - 10/16. That is why IBC moved their date.
The IBC is also a OPEN event for a very small entry fee. Folks could double up for the weekend. BBC Rally and IBC Open. TONS of prizes at the IBC for sure http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
Yes, I'd love to double up that weekend. The Irving club is fairly small, but would be a great chance to expose BBC to them. Most are TFF savy folks, and haven't heard of BBC http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emhammer.gif

There are tournaments on those weekends as well. They may not be on Fork, but there are FLW and BASS tournaments those weekends. There is also Fishing for Freedom. That one is only once a year, and it's in October. I still don't understand why yall insist on planning a rally in October. Any other month would be better. October is completely booked every year. I think you would get more participation in December than any weekend in October.
