CX20 Prop and Jackplate Question

What size prop runs best on a CX20 Caymas 250 Mercury and how many holes showing on the slidemaster jackplate?

I have a Marks worked 24 tempest on mine. 3 1/2 below pad. Runs great 75 mph with power poles, great hole shot.
